Tammy Podgis is a practicing NH Massage Therapist Professional in Concord, NH. She has been doing massage & bodywork since 1995. One of Tammy's specialties is stress relief & working with neck and upper shoulder pain issues.

Tammy's approach is about listening to your body. When she listens to your body, your body will let her in to address where the issue really is. A gentle approach is used to coax your body to open up & let her in to address your problem areas. It does not need to hurt to get results.
